Position Summary: Valley Medical Group, part of the Valley Health System in Paramus, New Jersey, is seeking a full-time Gynecologist to join our growing Women's Services Service Line. This position is Gynecology only and will be based out of our office at 1200 East Ridgewood Ave in Ridgewood, New Jersey, just five minutes down the road from Valley Hospital in Paramus. Our GYN providers cover both inpatient and outpatient and perform minor and major GYN surgeries in addition to typical office procedures. Ideal candidates will be hardworking, flexible, a team player, motivated with excellent communication, critical thinking, and relationship-building skills looking to assist in meeting the needs of the community. Minimum base salary of $251,300. Competitive compensation models include generous wRVU productivity incentive with the opportunity to grow, uncapped. Recruitment Package:
