Position Summary To provide administrative and secretarial support to the Care Center Managers, Department and staff and maintain departmental databases, records, files, and documentation preparation of annual operating budgets along with detailed monthly reports and analysis needed for Management to monitor hospital operations. Education High school diploma. Experience Previous business office experience required. Skills Proficient in Excel and Windows environment. Proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Publisher, API and Active Staffer software. Good problem solving, analytical and organizational skills required. Ability to communicate effectively (oral and in writing). Ability to effectively interact with customers to meet their needs. Ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision and cooperatively in a team environment. Ability to handle frequent interruptions and adapt to changes in workload and work schedule. Ability to set priorities, make effective decisions, and respond quickly to customer's needs. Uses discretion in confidential matters and maintains confidentiality as required.
