The Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Operations team operationalizes and maintains a robust platform of social programs that support enterprise-wide goals; differentiate the organization in the marketplace; and further secure the company's reputation as a dedicated corporate citizen committed to building a more sustainable, equitable, and inclusive future for health care.

The manager of the CSR Operations team will lead, oversee, and advance the company's CSR platform by operating and maintaining our long-standing charity-care programs.

Manage all activities to maintain, deploy, support, and evolve our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programs with a primary focus on two key programs: Mobile Clinics and Onsite Readers Lab programs

Supervise the operations team managing our corporate outreach programs, ensuring consistency and effectiveness through cross-functional leadership, results-driven assessments, and collaboration with business partners, industry partners, and external charitable organizations

Operationally and strategically manage, and refine as needed, our CSR programs, increasing the impact on the communities and people we serve, ensuring relevance and sustainability that supports the Enterprise Strategy while always staying true to our mission of helping people see

Provide vital, ongoing operational, strategic, and programmatic input while advocating internally and externally for the success and growth of our CSR programs

Establish program goals and set operational targets to measure the success of CSR programs

Recruit, manage, and maintain an active roster of up to ten contract drivers, who are responsible for driving and setting up mobile clinics at events across the country

Assure effective communications are maintained within the team, department, and externally

Assist with the preparation and monthly monitoring of the department budget to ensure expenses are within established levels

Actively engage in professional development with an emphasis on mobile care and mobile clinic operations best practices, trends, and advances, and seek to implement when it advances our CSR efforts

Monitor performance and development of direct reports, including regular 1:1 meetings

Identify performance trends and/or training opportunities

Provide prompt and objective coaching, counseling, and recognition to promote employee engagement

Conduct annual performance reviews

Job Specifications

Typically has the following skills or abilities:

Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience

Minimum of 3 years of management experience with responsibilities for hiring, training, assigning work, and managing the performance of direct reports

3+ years' experience leading people in a mobile healthcare or related environment where ambiguity and adverse circumstances exist

Strong critical thinking, time management, organizational, analytical, change management, and prioritization skills to assure the team's success in meeting deliverables, deadlines, and overall expectations

Proven ability to guide diverse teams with a focus on identifying relevance

Ability to analyze and effectively report/present data and processes throughout all levels of the organization with regard to mobile care, budgets, and execution of strategies

Demonstrated decision-making quality and effective negotiation skills to assure the team's success in meeting program objectives and deliverables

Demonstrated ability to customize interpersonal and communication approaches to influence and work effectively with all levels of business partners throughout the organization

Must be able to travel up to 50% of the time

Compensation range for the role is listed below. Applicable salary ranges may differ across markets. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. Salary Ranges: $73,500.00 - $131,250.00
