JOB TITLE: Community Outreach Coordinator II JOB PURPOSE: Plans, coordinates, and delivers in person and remote functional behavioral assessments to support the state implementation of the Home and Community Based Supports (HCBS) Waiver system. This includes travelling throughout the state to collect the Inventory for Client and Agency Planning (ICAP), or similar functional assessments, in client homes or other community settings. REMOTE WORK ELIGIBILITY: This position can be based in any part of Wyoming, but the candidate must be able to travel to conduct ICAPs, as well as make occasional trips to Laramie, WY for departmental activities. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Education: Bachelor's degree in disabilities studies, human/child development, psychology, social work, public health or other fields related to disabilities or human services. Experience: 2 years progressively responsible work-related experience. Experience must include at least 2 years at the preceding level or equivalent. Experience with clinical interviewing, standardized assessments, or other objective measures of human development and/or behavior. Required licensure, certification, registration, or other requirements: Valid driver's license with no major infractions or other limitations that could limit driving a fleet vehicle.
