The Director of Field Marketing, Services Industries will lead, create, manage and execute the regional marketing plan for North America Services (Healthcare, Public Sector and Services).
The key goals for this role are to generate leads which build into opportunities and pipeline to support the required sales targets and growth for Infor's North American Services business. This person will also co-ordinate and drive the integrated marketing plan for the region, ensuring a synchronized plan for building awareness and generating demand across Marketing, PR/AR. Business Development, Strategy, and all supporting marketing tactics. This person will need to be a partner to the Senior VP & GM for Services Industries and the senior Sales and Strategy leaders in the region. This person must have extensive regional marketing experience, and be able to build and tactically execute demand generation plans, and has managed a demand generation team.
A Day In the Life Typically Looks Like:
  • Develop marketing plans, blending a local go-to-market approach with the broader marketing strategy. You will manage and prioritize your marketing budget to deliver on the agreed upon objectives and KPIs.
  • Identify the most effective marketing messages, value proposition, materials, channels, and calls-to-action for the region.
  • Collaborate with peers across marketing functions to roll out global campaigns at a regional level, ensuring localization and branding alignment across the region.
  • Tactical execution of the overall direct marketing efforts: drive lead acquisition and lead campaigns and track and optimize campaign performance as well as overall ROI to the internal stakeholders.
  • Manage project timelines, resources, SOW (scope of work) / budget.
  • Engage with sales teams to present recommendations for short-term and long-term plans, aggregated learnings and innovation opportunities.
Basic Qualifications:
  • Multi-channel B2B software marketing experience, gained within enterprise-level software (ideally SaaS) technology industries.
  • Experience in demand marketing targeted at healthcare and/or public sector.
  • Experience in managing lead generation campaigns, including events, from conception to completion. We are looking for someone with a modern approach to marketing, driving connected campaigns and activities vs one-off tactics.
  • Experience in healthcare-related marketing.
  • Data-driven results oriented in managing full mix multi-channel buyer-journey marketing campaigns to drive awareness and strong commercial outcomes.
  • Budget and project management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with marketing & sales technologies like Pardot, Demandbase, or salesforce.
