Our Recruiter delivers on our mission by attracting talent to join our employee-owned team. As our Recruiter, you will provide staffing services to business partners and advance our brand nationwide. What you will do: Drive end-to-end recruitment processes from sourcing to hiring Build and maintain strong partnerships with hiring managers Create positive candidate experiences throughout the hiring journey Collaborate with management to develop effective hiring approaches Design and implement structured interview processes Guide hiring decisions through data-driven candidate evaluations Lead offer negotiations and closing conversations Articulate benefits and compensation packages Provide transparent insights into company culture and work environment Monitor hiring trends and stay aware of the competitive recruiting landscape Maintains a positive image of Telligen with candidates and the communities in which we serve What you need: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field and/or equivalent skills or experience 0-3 years of experience in full life-cycle recruiting. Preferably in the IT or healthcare fields Strong interpersonal and communication skills Attention to detail and ability to work in deadline-driven environments Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and staffing practices Who We Are: Telligen is one of the most respected population health management organizations in the country.
