What We Need: We are looking for an Associate Marketing Manager - Product Launch - to join our HNI Workplace Furnishings team. As the Associate Marketing Manager - Product Launch, you will be responsible for providing support and leading product launch initiatives. What You Will Do: Work collaboratively with internal and external partners in planning and executing product launch initiatives and strategies. Provide customer centric insights and Voice-of-the-Customer experiences. Partner with cross-functional teams leading GTM activation. Build and manage project plans leveraging internal network to remove roadblocks and ensure timely delivery of project outcomes. Utilize AI tools and resources to enhance delivery of outcomes. Manage budgets effectively to optimize impact and ROI of project deployments. Monitor competitive and industry trends in marketing and appropriately apply knowledge gained to help drive performance. Present strategies, updates, and outcomes to various stakeholders and leaders. Participate in all phases of product, events, and brand processes from market research to launch to post-program analysis. Participate in activities as appropriate to ensure the success of the organization. What You Have: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field. At least 1 year of relevant business experience is required; 3 years preferred.
