Overview LMI is in search of a highly motivated and mission-driven Systems Operator Training expert to support the U.S. Customs and Border Protection's mission at the nation's borders. This vital role aims to ensure that the next generation of U.S. Border Patrol system operators are well-equipped with the necessary technical skills, operational knowledge, and analytical mindset to perform reliably and efficiently. As a Systems Operator Training Consultant, you will be tasked with developing and implementing training programs, managing training records, and continuously improving training initiatives for both new and existing system operators. Key responsibilities include ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, fostering a culture of safety and operational excellence, and driving the development of best practices within the U.S. Border Patrol (USBP) Program Management Office Directorate (PMOD). This position is eligible for remote work/telework, with occasional travel required.
