We are seeking a Senior Process Improvement Specialist to support the office of the Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Army for Defense Exports and Cooperation (DASA DEC). In the role, you will be responsible for assisting leadership in analyzing processes and procedures using data-driven and lean approaches, identifying, recommending, and implementing changes in all areas of operations. You will utilize practical experience and basic lean tools to improve Quality, Delivery and Cost. You will assist in training and leading teams in executing process improvement initiatives. You will assist in developing a system to monitor and ensure implementation of continuous improvement initiatives. In addition, you will continually monitor improvement activities and adjust as needed. This position is contingent upon contract award.

Required

• BS or BA degree
• 8 years of experience
• LSS Green Belt Certification
• Must have an in-scope DoD Secret security clearance
