Your journey as a Sr. Employee Experience Consultant starts here. As a Sr. Employee Experience Consultant, you will apply a broad set of analytical, strategic, and change management skills to drive data-informed decision-making across HR and the broader Epicor organization. You will lead initiatives that integrate human capital insights with operational strategy, enhancing both employee experience and business outcomes. We are seeking applicants with strong analytical skills, a proactive mindset, and a passion for improving employee engagement.

What you will be doing

  • Lead the end-to-end management of the global employee engagement survey, including vendor management, survey design, communications, deployment, and results analysis.
  • Develop robust listening strategies (pulse surveys, focus groups, sentiment analysis) to capture the voice of employees across diverse geographies and functions.
  • Partner with senior leaders and HR Business Partners to translate survey results into actionable insights and improvement plans.
  • Create and deliver compelling dashboards, reports, and presentations for executives, HR leadership, and managers to drive decision-making.
  • Monitor employee experience metrics, benchmarking against industry standards to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Build strong partnerships with HR, Communications, DEI, and Leadership teams to integrate employee experience into business priorities.
  • Influence senior stakeholders through data-driven recommendations and storytelling.
  • Support change management initiatives to improve adoption of new processes and tools.

What you will likely bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in employee experience, engagement, or organizational development, preferably in a global context.
  • Proven success managing large-scale engagement surveys and translating data into strategic actions.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and influencing skills across diverse stakeholders and geographies.

What will set you apart

  • Familiarity with survey platform, Workday Peakon Employee Voice.
  • History of coaching, change management, or employee experience frameworks.

Range:

Minimum: $50,000 USD Maximum: $150,000 USD
