LOCATION: REMOTE based in the United States

We are seeking a detail-oriented Procurement Specialist to join our team, supporting project management through comprehensive contract administration and procurement coordination. This role serves as a critical liaison between project managers, suppliers, clients, and JLL Legal while ensuring full compliance with organizational policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Contract Management & Administration

  • Review, edit, track, and route all Account Principal Project contracts through appropriate approval channels
  • Coordinate red-line resolution processes in collaboration with Project Managers, suppliers, and JLL Legal
  • Review, track, and submit client direct contracts ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Prepare, track, and route Project Management Statements of Work (SOWs) and change orders for all assigned projects

Compliance & Risk Management

  • Ensure strict adherence to JLL and client sourcing and contracting policies and procedures
  • Maintain compliance with risk management programs and ethics standards
  • Monitor and enforce procurement guidelines across all project activities

Procurement Planning & Support

  • Stay current on all Project Manager projects and their respective procurement plans
  • Provide comprehensive RFP support to Project Managers, including:
    • Delivering and explaining client RFP guidelines
    • Facilitating communication between Project Managers and client procurement teams

Client & Administrative Support

  • Assist in preparing client funding documentation
  • Provide JLL Aravo system support to coordinate and approve account requests
  • Serve as primary point of contact for procurement-related inquiries

Required Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in procurement, contract management, or commercial real estate
  • Previous experience with RFP processes and contract negotiations preferred

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in procurement management systems (Aravo experience preferred)
  • Advanced Microsoft Office Suite capabilities, particularly Excel and Word
  • Strong understanding of legal contract terminology and red-lining processes

Core Competencies

  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Understanding of commercial real estate industry practices
  • Knowledge of compliance and risk management principles

Estimated compensation for this position:

65,900.00 - 80,000.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
