Coordinates and implements quality measurement and improvement projects, and proactively identifies and escalates any barriers or issues that may arise. Assists in all project work, including data collection, compilation, analysis and proactively identifies and escalates any barriers or issues that may arise. Collaborates with Pharmacy leaders as well as other project stakeholders as assigned.

What You Will Do

  • The Project Coordinator serves as a primary resource for coordination and implementation of quality measurement and improvement, evaluation, and projects.
  • Works closely with the Pharmacy Leadership Team to assist in fulfilling components of the project and implementation plans as assigned, as well as identifying and escalating any barriers or issues that may arise.
  • Executing a portfolio of activities including, but not limited to: regulatory matters, advising on workflows and procedural development, and data collection.
  • Maintain adherence to regulatory requirements as needed.
  • Collaborate effectively with various departments and associates as assigned.
  • Provide timely and concise communications to direct supervisor regarding project status.
  • Participate in primary data collection, compilation and analysis of secondary datasets (when applicable).
  • Provide support on projects and tasks, which require commitment from interdepartmental and external resources as assigned.
  • Participate in activities with colleagues within the UHHS network and other project collaborators as assigned.
  • Provide education for team members on assigned projects.

  • Must abide by all requirements to safely and securely maintain Protected Health Information (PHI) for our patients. Annual training, the UH Code of Conduct and UH policies and procedures are in place to address appropriate use of PHI in the workplace.
