Job Summary:

The Recruiter is responsible for finding qualified candidates for open positions. Generally the focus will be on technical field positions.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Work with management to create job descriptions and questionnaires based on job requirements Source candidates - looking for multiple candidates to work on large construction sites. Interview, screen, and hire Seek out qualified candidates that may be working for the competition Undertake special projects as assigned Other responsibilities as assigned

Must be self-motivated, positive in approach, professional and participate to create, develop and implement project process improvement(s). Must promote Company culture and mission to all employees, vendors, clients and business partners. Must be able to act as the Company liaison for interface with customer representative(s). Must possess proven problem solving and critical thinking skills and the ability to effectively read, write and give oral presentation(s). Must possess the ability to learn Company computer system(s). Must be able to maintain the confidentiality of information. Must be able to work independently. Regular attendance is required Education, Certification, License, and Skill Requirements: Prefer a Bachelor's of Science in Human Resources or related field; experience equivalent will be accepted. Must have experience in customer interface, such as liaison between the customer and the Company. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) Must have proven ability to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously.
