*Description*
Our customer's project will deliver improved customer support and functionality by leveraging existing applications and new technologies to bridge the gap between modernization and legacy Customer Communications Management (CCM) systems. The customer supports communications issuance directly from various systems to support and enhance the management of accounts that require communications composition. This solicitation is contingent on Leidos obtaining contract award. *Responsibilities:* *Create notices/forms/templates in Exstream. *Developing and modifying customer communications. *Assisting in the redesign or creation of notice headers, bodies, document styles, and formats. *Producing the requested documentation. *Providing support for troubleshooting production problems and ensuring product support for communications converted to Exstream. *Assisting in the creation of 508 compliant templates for notifications. *Providing print output files. *Collaborating with clients/customers to develop technical strategies and frameworks. *Conducting annual basic Exstream training classes. *Providing weekly status updates. *Top Skills' Details (required)* * Familiarity with all aspects of Opentext Exstream, including installation, configuration, code development, customization, and implementation. * Experience in creating various types of templates, such as letters, statements, bills, year-end statements, forms, and email notifications. * Familiarity with requirements analysis, design specifications, development, and testing of Dialogue. * Proficiency in coding and/or application components and translating functional specifications into technical specifications. * In-depth knowledge of page components, such as text boxes, tables, logos, pictures, bar and QR codes and headers. * Efficient troubleshooting and support for functional and product-related issues, including writing test plans and preparing test cases. * Experience with 508 compliances. * Familiarity with the software development life cycle (SDLC) and project management. * Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university required; an additional four years of related work experience can substitute for a degree. * At least five (5) years of relevant experience required * Strong collaboration skills and desire to work in a highly collaborative environment - must have an active IRS MBI clearance *Additional Skills & Qualifications (preferred)* *Excellent analytical skills, with strong attention to detail *Demonstrated high commitment to quality *Strong interpersonal, communication, and writing skills *Experience in planning and accomplishing goals and complicated tasks and providing consultation on complex projects as a top-level contributor or specialist *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $80.00 - $100.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
