These are full-time positions with flexible scheduling during business hours: Each location offers: A generous sign-on bonus for eligible candidates A comprehensive benefits package including PTO, sick time, and personal days Career growth opportunities to help you shape your future Responsibilities Perform a range of routine and complex pharmaceutical tasks to support pharmacy operations Serve as a lead among support staff Assist pharmacists with new prescription intake and handling of Schedule II controlled substances per MA Board of Pharmacy regulations Maintain compliance with state and national certification requirements Education & Certification Requirements High school diploma or equivalent (GED, HiSET, TASC) Graduate of an approved pharmacy technician program or equivalent institutional/retail pharmacy experience Must be at least 18 years of age Active Certified Pharmacy Technician license in Massachusetts (no restrictions) Active National Pharmacy Training Certification (no restrictions) Completion of Immunization Administration Course (ACPE-accredited) within 90 days of hire if not already certified Completion of required Continuing Education (CE) credits annually American Heart Association BLS certification required; ACLS may be required depending on specialty Experience Minimum 2 years' experience in a retail or outpatient pharmacy setting preferred Must be at least 18 years of age Skills & Competencies Strong working knowledge of pharmacy operations and cash handling Familiarity with pharmacy laws and patient confidentiality regulations Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Team-oriented with strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving abilities Ability to exercise sound judgment in a fast-paced environment Benefits Highlights Up to 8% company retirement contribution Generous Paid Time Off 10 paid holidays Paid professional development Competitive health and welfare benefits Additional Information All Pharmacy Department applicants (excluding Clinical Pharmacy) must complete a drug screening as part of the post-offer process.
