Sr. Business Analyst - FICO

STS Technical Services is hiring a Sr. Business Analyst - FICO in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. This position plays a critical role in supporting financial and compliance processes by leveraging SAP FICO and its bolt-ons, ensuring effective integration with SD and MM, and driving system efficiency across the organization.

The Sr. Business Analyst - FICO will support business objectives by gathering requirements and applying effective technology solutions. Responsibilities include analysis, design, configuration, testing, training, documentation, deployment, and ongoing support of IT capabilities. This role requires strong expertise in SAP FICO and a proven ability to improve, standardize, and automate business processes.

• Maintain in-depth knowledge of processes and systems within area of expertise
  
• Perform root cause analysis and develop technical specifications to solve business challenges and improve efficiency
  
• Configure SAP FICO and bolt-ons, ensuring seamless integration with SD and MM
  
• Partner with IT and business teams to assess impact, document requirements, and size new project demands
  
• Manage sub-projects in the FICO area, ensuring on-time delivery across all phases
  
• Generate and execute test plans to validate work quality and system impact
  
• Collaborate with integration teams to design and test data integrations across platforms
  
• Liaise with third parties on development and system integration efforts
  
• Coordinate delivery of system changes and enhancements, ensuring clear communication
  
• Document enhancements, implementations, and interfaces; fill documentation gaps as needed
  
• Provide training, mentoring, and second-tier support to users and peers
  
• Promote a self-help culture among super users, end users, and business managers
  
• Stay current with technology evolution and identify opportunities for improvement
  
• Increase knowledge through collaboration with service owners, peers, and external resources
  

• Bachelor's degree required
  
• 6+ years of experience as an SAP IT Business Analyst in Finance and Controlling (FICO)
  
• Broad SAP knowledge in Finance and Controlling with strong integration expertise across FICO, SD, and MM
  
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  
• Self-starter with a positive, results-driven attitude and sense of urgency
  
• Ability to proactively identify risks, drive continuous improvement, and innovate
  
• Flexible approach to working hours and deadlines
  
• Strong business acumen and functional process knowledge
  
• Effective written and verbal communication with both technical and business audiences
  
• Excellent listening and probing skills to understand business needs
