Lead Cisco Cloud Consultant

We are seeking a Certified Cisco Cloud Consultant to lead a strategic modernization initiative focused on migrating legacy Avaya platforms to Cisco's cloud-based communication ecosystem. This role blends deep technical expertise with high-level strategic leadership and will be central to shaping the future of enterprise communications infrastructure.

• Lead end-to-end migration from Avaya to Cisco Unified Communications (UC) platforms.
• Design and implement cloud-first telephony and network architectures that are scalable, secure, and resilient.
• Provide strategic direction on enterprise communication systems modernization, including stakeholder alignment and roadmap development.
• Work cross-functionally with infrastructure, security, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration.
• Assess current environments, identify risk and opportunity areas, and present actionable recommendations.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to internal teams and leadership throughout the project lifecycle.

• Cisco certification (e.g., CCNP Collaboration, CCIE Collaboration, or equivalent).
• Proven experience executing migrations from Avaya to Cisco platforms in enterprise environments.
• Deep expertise in cloud architecture, VoIP/telephony systems, and network infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise-grade communication systems, call routing, contact centers, and SIP trunking.
• Ability to lead both strategic planning and hands-on execution across multiple workstreams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

• Experience with Cisco Webex Calling, CUCM, or Contact Center solutions.
• Background working with IT modernization efforts in highly regulated or enterprise-scale environments.
• Familiarity with hybrid cloud or multi-cloud UC deployments.
