Job Description:

  • Achieve and exceed team sales goals through strategic planning and execution.
  • Lead and coach managers and individual contributors to drive performance and development.
  • Hire, onboard, and develop sales talent for current and future growth.
  • Create and execute a metrics-driven approach to drive double-digit growth year over year.
  • Build and manage territories aligned with the ideal client profile (ICP).
  • Drive and execute vertical market strategies.
  • Partner with marketing, product, and operations to optimize sales performance.
  • Analyze sales forecasts, pipelines, and performance data to inform decisions.
  • Promote a culture of inclusion, collaboration, and high performance.
  • Act as a role model and leader within the sales organization.
  • Travel with team members for coaching and client engagement opportunities.
  • Utilize Forrester's CRM system (Salesforce) and sales methodology.
  • Manage the region as a business with appropriate expense and budget controls.

Job Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree.
  • Ten-plus years of B2B sales experience, with a minimum of five years in sales leadership.
  • Proven experience in achieving revenue goals and executing sales strategies.
  • Demonstrated success in hiring, developing, and promoting sales talent.
  • Strong relationship-building, coaching, and mentoring skills.
  • Experience in designing and implementing sales initiatives through data and analysis.
  • Ability to absorb and grasp new concepts quickly (such as rapid advancements in the technology industry).
  • Strong prospecting, needs analysis, negotiating, and closing skills with C-level leaders.
  • Ability to thrive in a team-selling environment.
