Job Title: Cyber Security Analyst I

Role Overview:

The Cybersecurity Analyst I is an early-career role focused on supporting and administering dedicated security infrastructure as well as embedded security configurations in operating systems, applications, and middleware. This role is based in a Network & Security Operations Center (NSOC) and involves both proactive security administration and reactive incident handling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide frontline support for security infrastructure and tools.
• Act as the first point of contact for Help Desk incidents and requests outside of standard business hours.
• Manage and resolve incidents related to information security configuration.
• Execute moves, adds, and changes across a wide range of information security platforms.
• Support protections across networks, servers, desktops, and cloud environments.

• Experience: ~1 year in IT, Help Desk, or cybersecurity support.
• Customer Service Skills: Strong communication and problem-solving focus.
• Preferred Background: Candidates with prior experience on a technical help team (CEI alumni highly preferred).
• Local Requirement: Candidates must be local for interview and training.

• Training Phase: Onsite daily (under 1 month).
• Post-Training: 1 day per week onsite.
