Acara Solutions has an IMMEDIATE OPENING for a Level IV Data Entry Clerk on-site with our client in downtown Buffalo, NY.

Here's what you'll do:

• Process inbound menu item change requests to the point of resolution in point-of-sale systems.
• Monitor request queue for incoming menu change requests.
• Execute changes on self-order kiosks as required.
• Prioritize and manage the execution of requests based on predefined standards.
• Collaborate with business subsidiaries and partners to clarify and gather additional information on menu item and price change requests.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless menu deployment.
• Conduct peer and internal validations to ensure the accuracy and completeness of executed menu changes.
• Address any discrepancies or issues promptly and provide feedback for process improvement.
• Collaborate with internal data management and revenue management teams to identify opportunities and prioritize projects, while also identifying and communicating anticipated request surges to business partners.
• Ensure work product outputs are error-free, accurate and complete.
• Demonstrate organizational savvy to meet project and process deliverables.
• Provide timely status updates to project teams, assessing the environment with an eye toward security and mitigating risk to company while ensuring flow and speed of service to enhance revenue within the operations.

Here's what you'll get:

• Pay rate: $24-$26/hr. DOE.
• Hours: 40 Hours/Week, 1st shift
• Length: Long-term contract
