Together. Every day. CHA Consulting, Inc. is currently seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our Commercial & Institutional - PMCM Team at our Bethlehem, PA office. This role is part-time, 12 to 16 hours per week. YOUR IMPACT CHA is committed to delivering on-time, on-budget, and high-quality projects, working closely with owners throughout the process to ensure success. We provide the necessary tools and skillset to effectively manage construction projects ranging from schools and apartment buildings to municipal buildings and warehouses. We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our team on a part-time basis, with a focus on Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) work in our Bethlehem office. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional who thrives in collaborative environments and excels at problem-solving under pressure. The Senior Project Manager will:
Lead QA/QC efforts across active projects, ensuring compliance with design specifications and construction standards.
REQUIREMENTS
SALARY RANGE: $70.00 - $78.00 Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.
