CHA Consulting, Inc. is currently seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our Commercial & Institutional - PMCM Team at our Bethlehem, PA office. This role is part-time, 12 to 16 hours per week.



YOUR IMPACT

CHA is committed to delivering on-time, on-budget, and high-quality projects, working closely with owners throughout the process to ensure success. We provide the necessary tools and skillset to effectively manage construction projects ranging from schools and apartment buildings to municipal buildings and warehouses.

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our team on a part-time basis, with a focus on Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) work in our Bethlehem office. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional who thrives in collaborative environments and excels at problem-solving under pressure.

The Senior Project Manager will:

    Lead QA/QC efforts across active projects, ensuring compliance with design specifications and construction standards.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with clients, management, and project teams.
  • Attend and contribute to monthly project review meetings with operations.
  • Support ongoing design and specification work in coordination with external partners


REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's Degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, science, planning, engineering management or a related degree is required; or equivalent combination of experience and licensure
  • A minimum of 11 years of industry experience required; a minimum of 8 years of project management experience required
  • Expert knowledge of project engineering and/or general construction principles and construction schedule
  • Experience understanding and interpreting client contract requirements
  • Experience utilizing problem-solving skills, exercising discretion, and making independent judgments required
  • Experience in Microsoft Office Suite required
  • An articulate and persuasive communicator with excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt communication style to suit various audiences
  • Consulting industry experience highly preferred
  • Strong ability to resolve matters timely and lead initiatives/projects to completion with a sense of urgency
  • Trustworthy with the ability to handle confidential matters and sensitive information or situations with discretion


SALARY RANGE:

$70.00 - $78.00

Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.
