The Opportunity: As an Inventory Analyst, you will support the planning and execution of value-added promotional projects within the U.S. Logistics and Planning network. This role requires a strong analytical mindset to translate data into actionable insights that drive inventory decisions, production strategies, and material sourcing plans.
You will work across multiple functions to ensure system accuracy, optimize inventory flow, and execute project timelines. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of cross-functional coordination while continuously improving systems, accuracy, and communication. Success depends on being resourceful, detail-oriented, and solution-focused in a fast-moving environment. What Your Impact Will Be:
- Analyze Net Requirements and system data to develop inventory strategies that align with production capacity, material availability, and promotional timelines
- Maintain accurate product data, Dash Codes, Bills of Material, and objectives across MIMICS and OMNI to support clean execution and planning integrity
- Manage the full lifecycle of purchase orders for packaging components, including sourcing, vendor coordination, cost verification, and delivery tracking using Coupa and MIMICS
- Coordinate closely with Distribution Centers to align production schedules, resolve product shortages, and proactively adjust to shifting priorities
- Partner with Quality Engineering to support quarantine management, rework scenarios, and audit readiness to ensure continuity and compliance
- Act as a cross-functional point of contact between Planning, Procurement, and Operational teams to troubleshoot issues, align deliverables, and drive forward momentum
- Provide timely, data-backed insights to internal stakeholders to ensure planning and execution milestones are met
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
- 2-4 years of experience in inventory planning, logistics, or procurement
- Proficiency in Excel and working knowledge of systems such as Coupa, OMNI, Tableau, Access, or MIMICS
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
- High attention to detail and comfort working with complex data sets
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing deadlines
Preferred:
- 4+ years of experience in inventory planning, promotional operations, or supply chain project management
- Experience leading or coordinating cross-functional initiatives across multiple business units
- Advanced proficiency in Tableau and Access, including building dashboards or managing relational data
- Prior involvement with promotional display execution, packaging lifecycle planning, or value-added logistics
- Familiarity with rework coordination, disposition workflows, or audit support in collaboration with Quality Engineering
- Demonstrated ability to embrace challenges, stay curious, and apply continuous improvement to systems and processes
