Overview

Are you a skilled Engineering Design Manager that focuses on Industrial Water? Are you looking to lead complex wastewater projects and drive environmental solutions? Haskell is seeking an experienced professional to oversee the full lifecycle of industrial wastewater treatment projects.

As a leader in our design team, you will manage diverse wastewater projects, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and ensure successful project delivery from concept to completion.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

    Leading and managing industrial/municipal wastewater treatment projects, ensuring alignment with client goals and regulatory standards.
  • Overseeing the design and execution of engineering plans, specifications, and reports.
  • Coordinating with environmental, civil, structural, and other engineering teams to deliver comprehensive design solutions.
  • Managing project scopes, schedules, and budgets to ensure cost-effective outcomes.
  • Engaging with clients and Haskell's senior management to communicate project progress and address client needs.

What You Need to Thrive:

  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental, Civil, Chemical Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • 10+ years of experience in designing and managing wastewater treatment systems.
  • Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) with strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Expertise in wastewater treatment technologies and system hydraulics.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to mentor junior engineers.

Environmental Factors and/or Physical Requirements:

While performing the duties of this job, this position is required to have ordinary ambulatory skills sufficient to visit other locations; and the ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and manipulate (lift, carry, move) light to medium weights of 10-50 pounds. Requires good hand-eye coordination, and arm, hand and finger dexterity, including the ability to grasp, and visual acuity to use a keyboard, operate equipment and read application/form information. The associate frequently is required to sit, reach with hands and arms, talk, and hear.
