Title: HR Total Rewards Intern Salary: $23.00 / hour for undergraduate students; $33.00 / hour for graduate students Focus: The Human Resources Intern will work with the Total Rewards team on key initiatives and organizational success. This will support areas including compensation, benchmarking, incentive and wellness programs. HR Total Rewards Intern Essential Job Functions: * Assist in compiling and analyzing compensation and benefits data for benchmarking and reporting * Conduct research on industry trends and best practices * Assist with survey participation and data collection (e.g., salary surveys) * Support the administration of wellness, recognition, and incentive programs * Help prepare materials for Total Rewards initiatives * Participate in audits and compliance reviews related to compensation and benefits * Provide general support to the Total Rewards team and related projects as assigned HR Total Rewards Intern Minimum Requirements: * Enrolled at an accredited college or university majoring in an undergraduate or graduate Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, or business-related degree program. Preference given to students located within 50 miles of the assigned Olin location. * Must have an overall grade point average of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale at all times throughout your time at Olin. An official transcript will be required each term. Cumulative GPA on current institution transcript will be used in transfer college situations. * Must have completed sophomore year prior to first rotation with Olin * Ability to work full-time during normal business hours (40 hours / week) during the rotation. Not eligible for virtual work. * Must be authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis without the requirement of a work/student visa *Olin does not provide any form of sponsorship.
