Marketing Campaign Specialist

About the Role:

Yardi is seeking an experienced Marketing Campaign Specialist ready to take the lead in devising and implementing robust marketing strategies tailored to our unique product lines and market segments, with a particular emphasis on Multifamily and Student Housing. This role will be central to fostering cross-departmental collaboration, creating a unified front in the production of a diverse array of marketing materials and sales tools. Working closely with our in-house creative team-including an assigned writer and graphic designer-you'll turn collaborative efforts into compelling marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including print, digital, and social media.

Preferred candidates will have experience in the student housing or multifamily industry, bringing valuable insights and understanding of this unique market to the role. This is a role for a strategic thinker who can also roll up their sleeves to ensure that marketing initiatives are delivered with excellence and align with our company's vision. What You'll Do:

• Develop and manage marketing strategies and plans for an
  assigned product line or vertical market
• Collaborate with internal teams-including writers,
  designers, and product stakeholders-to execute marketing campaigns
• Coordinate the creation of marketing collateral such as
  email campaigns, brochures, videos, social media, and press releases
• Support event marketing efforts by delivering promotional
  materials, event displays, swag, and presentation content for Yardi and
  industry events

Who You Are:

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related
  field
• A minimum of three (3) years of marketing or property
  management experience
• Prior experience in business to business (B2B) marketing
  organization
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Word, Excel, and
  PowerPoint
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail, proof reading and editing
  skills
• Strong project management skills and the ability to manage
  multiple competing priorities
• Solid interpersonal and relationship management skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently or in collaboration with
  others
• Determination and internal self-motivation

Ideal to Have:

• Experience in specified product/market/industry
• Marketing software (project management, CRM, website
  CMS)
• Enterprise software and real estate industry experience

Annual Salary Range: $80,800 - $90,900
