Position Overview

Join our team delivering premier Anti-Terrorism/Force Protection (AT/FP) Level II instruction across the Pacific Air Forces (PACAF) Area of Responsibility (AOR). As an AT Level II Instructor, you will conduct classroom and hands-on training in accordance with DoD Instruction O-2000.16 V1 and Air Force Instruction (AFI) 31-145, focusing on comprehensive antiterrorism concepts, case studies relevant to the Pacific Theater, and practical application exercises. Your instruction will directly contribute to the mission readiness, safety, and security of U.S. Air Force personnel and critical assets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver AT/FP Level II training courses as specified in DoD and HQ USAF approved curriculum, ensuring alignment with DoD Instruction O-2000.16 V1, DoD AT Standards Appendix 3A, Table 2, and PACAF-specific requirements.
  • Provide classroom instruction and facilitate practical application exercises
  • Integrate presentations or supplemental materials from relevant agencies (FBI, AFOSI, EOD, intelligence organizations, medical groups) as appropriate.
  • Deliver hands-on instruction utilizing the Antiterrorism Enterprise Portal (ATEP) and Enterprise Protection Risk Management System (EPRMS).
  • Develop, deliver, and update approved plans of instruction, lesson plans, slides, and training support materials.
  • Ensure and track the completion of required 40 hours of instruction per course and issue certificates of completion to attending students.
  • Maintain accurate rosters and provide documentation for audit and certification purposes.
  • Travel to PACAF sites as required and adapt instruction to meet local security, host nation, and COVID/travel-restriction protocols.


Minimum Qualifications

  • Certification: Must have completed a formal Air Force instructor's course certification (e.g., Air Education and Training Command's Basic Instructor Course, Air University's Jeanie B. Holms Center Academic Instructor Course, or AU Barnes Center Enlisted PME Instructor Course); or, as an alternative, demonstrate a minimum of 4 years of hands-on instructional experience above the tactical unit level.
  • Experience:

    • Minimum 2 years' experience teaching in a Community College of the Air Force (CCAF) credit-awarding course, with annual evaluations on academic instructor standards.
    • Minimum 3 years of documented Pacific Theater experience (for Primary Instructors).
    • Experience as an Antiterrorism Officer or Antiterrorism Program Manager can count towards Pacific Theater experience but only qualifies for Secondary Instructor roles until additional Pacific experience is obtained.
    • Course Managers require a minimum of 7 years Pacific Theater experience.
    • Must have graduated from an Air Force-approved Level II - ATO Training course and completed Enterprise Protection Risk Management (EPRM) training. Current certificates must be furnished with the application.


  • Security Clearance: Possession of, or ability to obtain, a SECRET security clearance and hold U.S. citizenship


Supporting Integrity's DOD client, this role provides Mobile Training Teams (MTTs) to conduct AT/FP Level II courses utilizing the current approved Lesson Plans and Course of Instruction on file at the AFSFC and tailored to the P ACAF AOR Region for threat actors and terrorist groups in the USINDOP ACOM countries e.g. Southern Philippines ASG Abu Sayyaf Group (ASG). The contractor is responsible for providing and transporting all training material to the site.

Requirements:

Completed a formal AF instructor's course, such as Principles of Instruction (POI), Academic Instructor School, or a Basic Instructor Course.

All instructors must have a minimum of 5 years teaching Level II and previously performed in an Operational Level II position

7 years of experience as an ATO operationally or on a MAJ COM Staff or directly supporting P ACAF A4S. 7 years PACAF AOR experience is required for team chief and preferred for all others to relate to AOR threats from the 39 countries associated with PACAF.

Direct experience with Risk Analysis

Demonstrated expertise in working in the joint environment and applying multiple service requirements Graduated from an AF approved Level II - ATO Training course.

Possess and maintain a minimum SECRET security clearance access.
