*ON-SITE POSITION* *The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for internal and external customers, providing prompt, professional, and accurate support via phone, email, and other communication channels. They will be responsible for resolving inquiries, updating records, and collaborating with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.* Work Environment: Monday-Friday: 8 hour shift between 8-5pm *Responsibilities:* * Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other channels with professionalism and efficiency. * Provide accurate information and solutions using strong written and verbal communication skills. * Research and resolve customer issues by navigating multiple systems and tools. * Maintain detailed and timely notes in customer records to ensure up-to-date information is available. * Meet or exceed performance metrics including schedule adherence, call quality, and resolution rates. * Collaborate with internal teams to support broader operational needs. * Use appropriate system codes when unavailable due to breaks, training, or other activities. * Take initiative in problem-solving and contribute to team-based solutions. *Qualifications:* * Strong customer service and interpersonal skills. * Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities. * Professional written and verbal communication. * Ability to learn quickly and work independently. * Comfortable handling inbound and outbound calls. * Recent graduates encouraged to apply. * Prior experience in an office-based customer service role is a plus. *Nice to have:* * *Insurance Experience* * *Experience with data entry and Microsoft Outlook.* * *Familiarity with navigating multiple computer systems.* * *Previous phone-based customer support experience.* *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.63/hr.
