Overview

The HIM Data Integrity Specialist is responsible for supporting the hospital's Chart Availability policies and procedures by coordinating review, retrieval, maintenance activities and reviewing, investigating and modifying records in regard to duplicate patient charts. Specialized in various all HIM related functions as it relates to patient data/access delivery and EHR. Serves as a support model to other departments.

This role is located at our Riverside, MO location. #LI-DNI

Responsibilities

    Resolves duplicate medical records number issues.
  • Manages daily medical record storage maintenance.
  • Other HIM functions across HIM Operation area such as release of information, chart availability and scanning/indexing.


Qualifications

  • High School diploma, or equivalent, and 3-5 years' experience. Healthcare related experience is preferred for improved training and job performance as terminology is established.

Starting Pay

Our pay ranges are market competitive. The pay range for this job begins at $17.51/hr, but your offer will be determined based on your education and experience.
