About The Position The Administrative Assistant Confidential performs a wide-range of activities to support the Transmission function and will work closely with the Supervisor, Administration and other team members to ensure all administrative needs are met. Key responsibilities include:
Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Three or more years of relevant clerical/administrative experience required. In addition to the above qualifications, the successful candidate will demonstrate: Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of software packages such as Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook; Administrator experience with TRIS timekeeping system; knowledge of SharePoint; EMPRV and/or Oracle ebusiness experience; high level of administrative skills and the ability to work with both internal and external clients in an independent and professional manner; able to provide a high amount of support in a fast-paced environment; and ability to multi-task. The Administrative Assistant Confidential works a standard day-shift in a confidential office environment, but may also need to occasionally work off-hours for project needs, support, and events as needed. Additional Information: Ameren's selection process includes a series of interviews and may include candidate testing and/or an individual aptitude or skill-based assessment. Specific details will be provided to qualified candidates. Compensation Range: $52,200.00 - $75,700.00At Ameren, base salary is one component of a competitive compensation package for employees. Our pay ranges are broad to allow for movement within our organization and to accommodate different skill sets and levels of expertise. We take into consideration a variety of factors including, but not limited to, skills, abilities, experience, education, credentials, and internal equity when determining the base salary offered. Roles are eligible for additional rewards including annual incentive payments based on individual and company performance.
