About The Position The Recruiting Coordinator on the Talent Enablement & Recruitment (TE&R) team plays an essential role in creating a superior candidate experience alongside our Recruiters and hiring teams. The core function of the Recruiting Coordinator is providing administrative support associated with every aspect of the full-cycle hiring process. This includes building trust-based relationships with Recruiters and Hiring leaders by providing efficient and accurate scheduling support and consistent, professional communication and follow up. The Recruiting Coordinator represents the Ameren Recruiting organization to all partners, stakeholders, and candidates, focusing on delivering exceptional customer service and consistent, high-quality work. Additional Information: The Recruiting Coordinator works a hybrid work schedule flexing time between home and office environment. Time in office is 3 days per week. Ameren's selection process includes a series of interviews and may include candidate testing and/or an individual aptitude or skill-based assessment. Specific details will be provided to qualified candidates. #LI-Hybrid Compensation Range: $52,200.00 - $75,700.00At Ameren, base salary is one component of a competitive compensation package for employees. Our pay ranges are broad to allow for movement within our organization and to accommodate different skill sets and levels of expertise. We take into consideration a variety of factors including, but not limited to, skills, abilities, experience, education, credentials, and internal equity when determining the base salary offered. Roles are eligible for additional rewards including annual incentive payments based on individual and company performance.
