Non-CDL Box Truck Driver

South Gate, California

Pay: $25/hr + Overtime after 8 hours, Double Time after 12 hours

Shift Start: 1am-3am | Weekends Required

About the Role:

We're seeking reliable Non-CDL Box Truck Drivers to deliver clean linens and rugs to hospitals, clinics, and medical offices, as well as pick up soiled items. Drivers will handle up to 30' box trucks equipped with lift gates, loading and unloading carts with wheels. Candidates must demonstrate outstanding customer service and serve as the company's front-line representative at each delivery.

What You'll Do



  • Operate box trucks up to 30' with lift gate
  • Deliver and collect linen carts to hospitals, clinics, and medical offices
  • Load/offload carts and lift up to 50 lbs as part of daily work
  • Make 15-20 stops per day, providing courteous, professional service on each route
  • Represent the company positively during all customer interactions
  • Work flexible hours, including weekends, with early morning shift starts



Requirements:



  • Minimum 1 year of box truck driving experience (26' or larger) within the last 3 years
  • Proven experience making multiple company deliveries (15+ stops per day)
  • No more than 3 moving violations and/or accidents in the past 3 years
  • No DUI, reckless driving, or serious moving violations in the past 5 year
  • Must be 20 years of age or older
  • Box trucks for this role can be smaller than 26'



Preferred Experience:



  • Stable work history (no more than 3 jobs in the past 3 years)
  • Demonstrated excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Commercial delivery experience to restaurants and markets (not food delivery apps or pizza delivery)
  • Drivers with a history of reliable, professional workplace behavior
