Coke Florida is searching for a Compensation Analyst to work out of our Tampa, HQ area office, working Monday - Friday
What You Will Do:
The Compensation Analyst has primary responsibility to assist in the development and administration of Compensation programs for Coke Florida.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage projects such as cost analysis and compensation integration
- Develop and document procedures to streamline processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and work with leaders to educate managers
- Works with Total Rewards lead on a variety of projects including program design, analysis, implementation of new programs, job matrix, and salary grades
- Support the Long-Term and Short - Term Incentive Program including working with the Finance Department on incentives, assessing award amounts, calculating distributions and facilitating any STI and LTI award(s)
- Assist leaders with compensation related questions
- Consult with outside sources to evaluate internal positions and appropriate and competitive compensation
- Spearhead strategic compensation-related initiatives
- Demonstrate an ability and aptitude to read and analyze complex written material, apply subjective and objective standards of review to that material based upon thoughtful analysis and render an appropriate opinion on compensation and/or job duties/descriptions
- Demonstrate an ability and aptitude to assess and analyze job duties and render the appropriate FLSA classification
What you need:
- 3-5 years of experience in the analysis, design, and/or administration of compensation programs
- Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, finance
- Experience in CompAnalyst and LaborIQ is a plus
- Well organized and confident to work independently and yet a strong team player
- Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment
- Ability to work at all levels up to the Executive level
- Strong problem solving, communication, and presentation skills
- Strong Excel experience is required
