Position Purpose |
To serve as the program coordinator and administrative manager for the
EDGE Consortium, a nationwide alliance of colleges and universities working to create a stronger and broader talent pipeline into
STEM fields, and the semiconductor industry specifically. The Consortium's Executive Director and Program Director are housed within Dartmouth College's President's Office while working largely remotely as they serve all member schools across the country; Dartmouth's President is one of the key founding Presidents and supports the Consortium as one of her inaugural initiatives. This is an exciting role for someone seeking broad impact, professional growth, and a student centered mission. |

Bachelors plus 3-5 years' experience or equivalent combination of education and experience |

- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Exemplary communication and collaboration abilities and orientation.
- In-depth knowledge of office procedures.
- Proficient with computer applications especially Salesforce, Word Press, and Microsoft Office Suite applications.
- Growth mindset.
- Ability to work effectively with all stakeholders across a nationwide network of schools, companies, and federal agency designates.
- Three to five years of office management experience.

Preferred Qualifications |
- Experience in higher education office management.
- Familiarity with science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) education and employment strongly preferred.
- Master's degree.

Key Accountabilities
Description |
Administrative Management
- Oversees and coordinates the schedules and calendars for the Executive Director primarily, and for Program Director and other stakeholders as needed.
- Manages all event and travel logistics in close coordination with Program Director including Scholars travel, accounting, virtual attendance details, etc.
- Coordinates and executes annual communications plan, working across multiple media such as website maintenance & updating, press releases, announcements, newsletters, and social media accounts.
- With the Executive Director, oversees and administers the annual budget, providing monthly and annual reports.
- Works closely with Executive Director and Program Director to facilitate and execute responses for information, letters of intent/interest, and responses to federal and private funding calls.

Description |
Graduate Student Associates Program Coordination and Management
- Works closely with Program Director to coordinate administration of Tuck School's CBGS/EDGE Fellows program, including program promotion and applications, scheduling fellows meetings, monitoring deliverables, and data management.
- Coordinates HR & accounting paperwork for students hired as Tuck Associates.

- Coordinates with Directors and designated contractor to create, administer, and synthesize a wide variety of forms, registrations, correspondence, and KPIs.
