Description
Steelcase is hiring a Employee Experience Analyst in Grand Rapids to help coordinate and analyze employee feedback, support the facilitation of U.S. orientation sessions, and contribute to the evaluation and improvement of wellbeing programs. Your work will help ensure that Steelcase creates inclusive, engaging and easy global experiences.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
  • 2+ years managing programs
What You Will Be Doing:
Qualitative Research & Workshop Operations (60%)
  • Coordinate logistics for employee listening sessions (focus groups, interviews, workshops), including representative sampling plans, scheduling, invitations, and materials.
  • Support the design and execution of qualitative research protocols.
  • Use tools like Miro to support virtual and in-person facilitation, capturing real-time feedback and insights.
  • Analyze qualitative data using thematic coding and synthesis techniques aided by AI.
  • Maintain documentation of findings and follow-up actions.
U.S. Orientation Facilitation (20%)
  • Facilitate onsite and virtual new hire orientation sessions, ensuring a welcoming and informative experience.
  • Manage orientation logistics including scheduling, materials preparation, and follow-up communications.
  • Gather and analyze feedback from orientation participants to continuously improve the onboarding experience.
Wellbeing Program Analysis & Support (20%)
  • Assist in evaluating the effectiveness of wellbeing programs through surveys, feedback sessions, and usage data.
  • Become a certified facilitator and facilitate Steelcase Mental Health Awareness program.
  • Use Power BI and Tableau to visualize trends in wellbeing engagement and sentiment.
