Pay: $24/hour Schedule: Monday - Friday \| 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (In office) Position Type: Temp (3-month assignment) Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent (An associate degree in accounting is preferred) 2+ years of accounting experience (experience with Business Central a plus) Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively Accounts Payable Clerk Responsibilities: Process invoices and ensure timely, accurate payments to vendors Review and reconcile vendor statements, resolving any discrepancies Enter invoice and payment data into the accounting system Manage purchase orders, including tracking approvals and documentation Maintain and update vendor records Generate aging reports and manage vendor payments, including currency conversions Compile and process annual 1099 reports File or dispose of payables in accordance with company retention policies Oversee the Accounts Payable email inbox Provide backup support for other accounting functions as needed Perform additional tasks as assigned Staffmark Employee Benefits Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance \| Life Insurance \| Short-term Disability \| 401k Plans \| Weekly Pay \| Referral Bonus Potential \| Employee Discount Programs Unlock these incredible benefits by clicking 'Apply Now'.
