Clean Linen Tech

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a dedicated Clean Linen Tech to join us at Baptist Health Hardin. You will be responsible for providing safe, hygienic, and clean linen services to patient care areas in accordance with organizational standards of quality. You will have contact with patients, visitors, and clinical staff. This role is essential to providing clean linen, infection prevention, and patient experience.

RESPONSIBILIES

• Responsible for distribution, organization, and inventory of clean linen and scrubs throughout patient care and clean storage areas.

• Perform duties while demonstrating working knowledge of the health care cleaning and disinfecting principles, proper and safe chemical use, equipment handling, and labor-saving products

• Communicate with Nursing, EVS Leadership, and Linen vendor on changes with linen orders, replacements, and clean bulk

REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to read, write, and follow written or verbal instructions.

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS

• 1-2 years of Customer Service, Hospitality, or Environmental Services exp
