Summary of the Job: * Administrative Tasks: Handle administrative duties such as scheduling meetings, maintaining client records, preparing reports, and processing documentation. * Sales Support: Assist in the preparation of client paperwork. Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth client onboarding and follow-up. * Trade Execution: Support brokers in executing trades and monitoring trade confirmations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. * Develop Sales Skills: Hone your ability to effectively communicate and build relationships by calling on warm leads provided by other brokers, allowing you to practice and enhance your sales techniques in a supportive environment. * Compliance: Ensure all activities adhere to industry regulations and company policies. Assist with compliance-related tasks, including documentation and reporting. * Learning and Development: Participate in training programs and educational opportunities to enhance industry knowledge and stay up-to-date with market developments.
