Description
Job Title: Proctor Administrator/Tool Management Specialist Job Summary: Assist Factory & Field Training (F&FT) with Proctoring Services by coordinating sessions to administer tests for newly promoted employees and leaders. The role requires reviewing, grading and delivering tests to department leadership. In addition, the Tool Management Specialist, is responsible for maintaining a ready-stock of consumables and perishables tools, and proper functioning of a tool service and tool store. Coordinates with training instructors and training management to ensure classrooms/labs are ready to meet training needs. Perform other administrative and tool management tasks as needed. Basic qualifications: * Two years of experience with managing tools and materials in an aviation environment. * Ability to follow and adhere to written and verbal instructions from training management. * Understands basics of training schedule and able to identify/rectify material constraints. * Ability to learn/operate Lockheed Martin production software (Cribmaster, Maximo, etc.). * Must be able to perform basic IT tasks (screen setup, troubleshoot software/hardware connection issues, setup printers, etc.). * May be required to use power moving equipment and tools, to include operating a scooter in the performance of duties. * Proficient with common software (Microsoft Office, SAP, etc.). * Ability to use Outlook Scheduling Assist and room finder. * Intermediate proficiency with Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, graphs, tables, etc.) * Experience and ability to manage large volume of tasks and maintain high degree of accuracy, quality and timely completion. Ability to prioritize and manage disruptions. * Possess strong time management, planning, and organizational skills. * Experience working in a complex and changing environment while being both self-sufficient and collaborative with team members. * Good written and verbal communications that support positive and effective customer experience. Preferred Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree is a plus and will be taken into consideration when looking at experience. * Experience in aviation-related processes (FOD, Tool Control, 6S, Consumable Control). * Previous personnel management or leadership experience in an aircraft production environment. * Experience in aircraft manufacturing training a plus. * Capable of writing, editing, and producing materials for technical instruction use; provide assistance and support to production operations by helping determine training needs. * Secret security clearance a plus but not required.
