This is a remote Technical Support Engineer opportunity with a premier technology company. Our client supports multiple government customers with products and services across infrastructure, automation, containerization, and orchestration. This team is looking to expand with 5 new positions for Technical Support Engineers. An ideal candidate will have a combination of skills across RHEL, Ansible, OpenShift or Kubernetes. The role will focus on providing customer service and troubleshooting issues. This person will need the ability to read and understand complex technical documentation. This person should have experience supporting Platform as a Service (PaaS), Software as a Service (SaaS), and Hybrid Cloud Infrastructure. Certifications like RHCSA or RHCE as well as any IAC, Configuration Management, OpenShift, or Kubernetes certifications will be a huge plus.
