Provides financial operational analysis by conducting and documenting financial analysis projects regarding operating results, budgets and business plans; manages a functional team of financial analysts to prepare forecasts and analyses on industry and general economic trends. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Provides financial and performance analysis required to achieve company/region business goals. Develops forecasting, budgeting, plan development and analysis for business units. Partners with senior management in the long-range strategic planning for existing, new, and proposed business operations. Conducts continuing assessment of company performance as compared to financial plans. Performs detailed financial statement analysis and provides comments for improvement in results. Supervises assigned employees including staff selection and training; planning, assigning and directing work; conducting performance reviews; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. Occasional travel, including air travel and overnight stay(s) may be required. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related field and ten (10) years accounting or finance experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. COMPETENCIES Excellent verbal and written communication skills Knowledge of business mathematics, statistics and accounting practices Strong leadership and management skills, including driving results through people Ability to compose effective and efficient accounting reports Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting/finance software program #LI-MW1 Successful, innovative, and fulfilling careers are built here, and your professional development is a high priority.
