As an AI Engineer - Creative Technology, you will engineer the AI infrastructure and invent new ways to apply emerging AI techniques to diverse research challenges. You'll partner with researchers, designers, and developers to craft AI services that are technically rigorous, creatively expressive, and instantly understandable. You will architect, research, and deliver scientifically grounded, high impact prototypes and solutions. From end to end technical execution-designing robust architectures, conducting empirical evaluation, and implementing scalable systems-you'll work across state of the art AI/ML, generative AI, cloud computing, real time graphics, XR, computational media, and creative media tools.Your work will have opportunities to be visible inside and outside the company. You may publish papers, file patents, give talks, contribute to open-source code or assist in transfer of technologies from research to production groups, all while fostering a culture of experimentation, and scientific rigor. ResponsibilitiesDesign, deploy, and maintain a shared AzureML workspace, Graphics Processing Unit (GPU)/Tensor Processing Unit (TPU) pools, and prototype applications that build on state of the art research.Create modular, "pressrunmodel" Software Development Kit (SDKs) that let researchers and developers invoke sophisticated AI (e.g., Computer Use Agents, federated learning, RAG, diffusion) with a single line of code.Prototype emerging AI paradigms (promptengineering, retrievalaugmented generation, generative diffusion, quantumML hybrids) and evaluate their suitability for research pilots.Engineer data pipelines for synthetic data generation, privacypreserving transformations, and playful dataaugmentation strategies.Build interactive AI "playgrounds" (notebooks, visual dashboards, chatstyle explorers) that surface model behaviour, tradeoffs, and storytelling potential.Collaborate in designresearch workshops and ideation sessions, proposing AIcentric narrative arcs that elevate the prototype's impact.Optimize models for latency, cost, and edgedevice constraints while preserving the narrative fidelity of the output.Document workflows, versioncontrol models, and publish reusable patterns for the broader research and developer community.Embody our culture and values. | |
