Your Role on Our Team: At Milwaukee Tool, we are transforming how we measure and optimize digital experiences across our website, products, and marketing channels. We are looking for a Senior Digital Insights Analyst who will turn complex digital data into actionable insights that power our growth and innovation. You'll be DISRUPTIVE through these duties and responsibilities:
- Translate full-funnel marketing data into actionable insights and compelling narratives that guide marketing strategy, identify optimization opportunities, and clearly communicate results to stakeholders
- Partner closely with marketing teams to set objectives, define KPIs, and measure performance of digital products and marketing strategies
- Architect end-to-end measurement solutions that ensure accurate tracking of audience segmentation, web performance, campaign effectiveness, and overall marketing ROI
- Work with website analytics in GA4 (BigQuery) and Power BI to deliver certified datasets and dashboards
- Ensure data is accurate, consistent, and aligned to shared metric definitions
- Build and manage dashboards to monitor marketing campaign and channel performance across the full funnel, from awareness through conversion
- Use strong SQL skills and marketing acumen to perform ad hoc analyses and answer key business questions
- Manage cross-functional projects and partnerships with marketing, product, and IT teams to build data infrastructure and deliver insights that support business priorities
- Explore AI-driven analytics and data automation to help the business get answers faster
The TOOLS you'll bring with you:
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics with demonstrated experience supporting marketing or digital teams
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business Administration, Marketing, or another business-related field
- Strong SQL skills and experience with data modeling
- Power BI experience: report creation, data visualization, DAX calculations, and delivering dashboards to stakeholders
- Cloud & data platforms: experience with cloud environments such as Azure, Snowflake, GCP, or Databricks for data transformation and modeling
- Adaptability to evolving marketing tech stacks: ability to quickly learn and apply new tools, with interest or experience in leading CRM and marketing platforms as we continue to evolve our digital ecosystem.
- Strong marketing and business acumen. Marketing and product analytics fluency (ROAS, A/B test reading)
- Insight delivery and communication: ability to interpret data, frame insights clearly using compelling visuals and narratives tailored to business audiences
- Initiative-taker: able to recognize an opportunity and see it through to completion
Other TOOLS we prefer you to have:
- Experience with Azure Databricks
- Experience with marketing technologies such as marketing automation platforms, CDPs, ad-tech
- UX Research & insights: experience using qualitative and quantitative UX research methods to inform digital experience optimization
- Experience with marketing attribution, customer journey analytics, and multi-touch analysis
- Experience using GA4 to track organic trends and inform SEO and AI search optimization strategies to boost content visibility across platforms like Google SGE and Bing Copilot.
