Primary Function
We are looking for aTraining Coordinatorto support our training function. This person will be primarily responsible for teaching and guiding new hires during their onboarding period to ensure successful comprehension of production skills. Support will be primarily focused on our assembly-lines, then where needed by new projects implementation. Additional responsibilities include ensuring required safety classes are scheduled and attendance tracked for compliance. Our Trainer is also responsible for continued development of team member's job knowledge and skill sets in training them on required skills needed for a specific role requested by supervisor.
