The Opportunity

Ulteig is seeking passionate and forward-thinking Commercialization Operations Interns to join our team. This role sits at the intersection of business, engineering, and innovation, and offers an exciting chance to support the development and launch of new, technology-enabled service offerings. What You'll Do



  • Engage with engineering, technology, and sales/marketing teams to explore commercialization pathways
  • Assist in conducting market assessments and competitive analyses for emerging products
  • Support the development of business cases and product strategies
  • Collaborate on the design and execution of go-to-market plans
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to internal stakeholders

What We Expect from You



  • Minimum of 2 years completed toward a bachelor's degree in business, Sales/Marketing, Technology, or Engineering by Summer 2026
  • A strategic and innovative mindset with strong business curiosity
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Strong collaboration and interpersonal abilities
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with research and analysis tools is a plus
  • Be relationship-oriented and enjoy working with diverse groups of people and helping define and solve problems.
  • Be comfortable working in a remote or hybrid environment with staff in multiple locations and work environments.
  • Be comfortable managing time when given defined tasks and goals
  • Ability to work full-time during Summer 2026
  • Must have permanent authorization to work in the U.S.

Additional Opportunity Details:
Target Base Compensation Range for this role is $20-$22/hr.
* Factors that may be used to determine your actual salary include your job specific skills, education, training, job location, number of years of experience related to this role and comparison to other employees already in this role
