What You Do.



  • Gain hands-on experience with project management practices, including the Innovation Stage-Gate process for new products.
  • Support the execution of strategic initiatives across new products, capabilities, process improvements, cost savings, and technology implementations.
  • Assist in managing cross-functional projects by clarifying objectives, scope, timelines, and resource needs.
  • Facilitate project meetings to track progress, resolve issues, maintain accountability, and keep teams aligned with timelines.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and mitigate risks, resolve conflicts, and adapt project plans as needed.
  • Communicate project updates through reports, presentations, meeting minutes, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Help maintain essential project documentation and support post-project evaluations to improve future processes.


Your Education and Qualifications.



  • Pursuing a bachelor's degree in project management, business management, organizational development, communications or related field, having completed junior year prior to the start of the internship.
  • Solid organizational and planning skills are required.
  • Must be team-oriented, with the ability to work collaboratively and independently.
  • Must enjoy challenges and be adaptable to changes in project scope and direction
  • Valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and vehicle required. There is no mass/public transit system to/from corporate housing location to company locations.
