Project Manager I

TRISTAR is seeking an experienced Project Manager I to support our government customer at NSWC Crane. The ideal candidate will assist task managers in planning and executing projects, ensuring that all objectives are met efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Support task managers with project planning and execution.
• Create and maintain MS Project files as Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for project tracking.
• Build cost Rough Order Magnitudes (ROMs) for projects to be submitted to customers.
• Assist in tracking funded tasking using the IMS.
• Prepare data and information to support Purchase Requests (PRs) submissions as needed.

• Must be able to obtain a secret security clearance.
• Experience with government funding is preferred.
• A background in business finance or accounting.
• Proficiency in MS Project and project management methodologies.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree is a plus.
• PMP is a plus.
• Experience with U.S. Navy Programs
