Supervisor-Internal Medicine Clinic- Full Time

Supervises assigned staff in performing activities or tasks of the assigned practice site.

Responsibilities:

• Supervises the orientation, training, coaching, and mentoring to staff.| Assists with performance evaluations.
• Participates in multidisciplinary meetings or committees addressing issues and implementation of new services
• Ensures staff compliance with departmental and organizational policies, procedures and protocols.
