As a Principal Data Scientist in the Microsoft Dynamics Customer Service Application team, you will work with business and AI leaders as well as internal business users and partners to understand, explore and develop AI/ML solutions to solve their business needs. ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities:Set Technical Direction: Define and drive the vision for advanced analytics, machine learning, and generative AI, ensuring alignment with product and business strategy.Deliver Scalable AI Systems: Lead the design, development, and deployment of large-scale ML/AI solutions (including LLM-based and traditional approaches) with measurable impact.Cross-Org Influence: Partner with engineering, product, and research teams to identify high-value opportunities, shape roadmaps, and establish AI/ML best practices across the organization.Mentorship & Leadership: Guide and develop a team of data scientists and engineers, fostering innovation and technical excellence.Experimentation & Evaluation: Establish frameworks for model evaluation, experimentation, and continuous improvement, ensuring reliability and responsible AI principles.Thought Leadership: Represent the team's AI strategy, staying ahead of industry trends in LLMs, generative AI, and advanced analytics.Embody ourcultureandvalues | |
