TEAM LEAD Location: Washington, DC \| Type: Part-Time (approx. 0.5 FTE) \| Clearance: Secret Note: This position is part of an active proposal effort and is contingent upon contract award. Overview DarkStar Intelligence is seeking a Team Lead to oversee a small instructional design team delivering mission-critical training for a federal customer. You will align scope, schedule, and quality with agency goals, manage risks and dependencies, and drive continuous improvement across the training portfolio. Work is primarily on-site; U.S. citizenship is required. Key Responsibilities Lead day-to-day project execution; maintain plans, milestones, risks, and stakeholder communications. Ensure deliverables meet standards and acceptance criteria; coordinate reviews and corrective actions. Mentor/coach ISDs; balance workload; drive process consistency and documentation quality. Interface with government leads/COR on priorities, reporting, and performance metrics. Support status reporting and governance artifacts; identify and implement process improvements. Minimum Qualifications Active Secret security clearance. Bachelor's degree and 10+ years leadership experience (program/project/team lead) in training or technical environments. Demonstrated ability to manage scope/schedule/quality and lead cross-functional teams in federal settings. Strong stakeholder management, briefing, and issue-resolution skills. Familiarity with ISD/ADDIE lifecycle and evaluation practices. Desired Qualifications Experience leading technical teams or overseeing design of technical coursework. PMP, PgMP, or equivalent leadership certification. Experience with federal law enforcement or IC customer environments.
