  • Structured training and clear expectations

  • Mentorship from experienced scientists

  • A team-first mindset where everyone contributes

The pace is steady and expectations are high. Engagement, responsiveness, and attention to detail are essential. If you enjoy being part of a focused, supportive group that works together to deliver quality results, you will thrive here.

What You Bring

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Biology, Immunology, or related scientific field

  • Hands-on laboratory experience (internship, co-op, or early industry experience)

  • Foundational experience with flow cytometry (sample preparation, acquisition, or basic operation)

  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous documentation habits

  • Comfort working in a regulated laboratory environment

  • Effective communication and teamwork skills

Highly Preferred:

  • Industry, CRO, biotech, or pharmaceutical laboratory experience

  • Exposure to immunology coursework or research

  • Experienced scientists are invested in training and committed to helping you grow

  • Quality and teamwork drive decision-making

  • You'll have consistent, hands-on bench work while building technical depth

  • Your contributions directly support clinical studies that impact patient care

Why Join Us

You won't be working in isolation. You'll join a team that believes strong science comes from strong collaboration.

  • A culture built on mentorship, shared ownership, and professional development
